Bliži se kraj godine i polako se sumiraju takmičarski rezultati u sportskim kolektivima i udruženjima. I pored godine koja je donela brojna ograničenja zbog pandemije koronavirusa, a za golubare dosta otkazanih takmičenja zbog nepogodnih vremenskih uslova, ipak, sefkerinsko Društvo odgajivača golubova srpskih visokoletača Srb. 435 „Poletarac“ ovogodišnju sezonu ocenjuje kao uspešnu.
Dobre rezultate ostvarili su Zlatoje Truculj i Dejan Krišan, koji se mogu pohvaliti osvajanjem četiri pehara.

Dobro su radili cele godine spremajući svoje mlade i seniorske golubove za takmičenja, međutim zbog loših vremenskih uslova odložene su regionalne kvalifikacije, ali su se sa juniorima kvalifikovali na nivou opštinskog saveza.
Dejan Krišan je osvojio kup udruženja sa seniorima i prvo mesto na nivou društva sa juniorima (mladima). S druge strane, Zlatoje Truculj uzima prvo mesto sa seniorima na nivou udruženja i postaje opštinski prvak Pančeva sa mladima (juniorima), što je i najveći dosadašnji uspeh sefkerinskog Poletarca.
„Kad sve saberemo i oduzmemo, godina je ipak bila uspešna, posebno smo ponosni na izvanredan rezultat našeg člana Zlatoja Truculja, a koristim priliku da se zahvalim lokalnoj samoupravi na podršci našem Društvu“, izjavio je predsednik sefkerinskog Poletarca Dejan Krišan.

Na današnji dan, 1886. godine preminula je majka Mihajla Pupina, Olimpijada (Alimpijada) Pupin.
Majka jednog od najvećih srpskih naučnika Mihajla Pupina Idvorskog rođena je 18. marta 1814. godine u Opovu od oca Tanasija i majke Marie Milovanov (Aleksićevi), a 22. marta zavedena je u crkvene knjige da je krštena. Umrla je 28. novembra 1886. godine, a sahranjena je dan kasnije. Mihajlo će o tom događaju napisati: „Te godine, u početku zime, stiže mi jednog dana tužno pismo moje sestre: moja majka, svetiteljica moja nije više među živima!“

Pre nešto više od mesec i po dana (9. oktobar) na našem portalu objavili smo prilog povodom 166 godina od rođenja Mihajla Pupina u kome smo poseban deo posvetili upravo njegovoj majci Olimpijadi, koja se 1832. godine venčala sa Konstantinom Pupinom, po tadašnjim običajima u mestu mlade, odnosno u opovačkoj crkvi. Povodom tog priloga došlo je do jedne rasprave po pitanju njenog imena: Olimpijada ili Alimpijada. U većini tekstova, bilo da su istorijsko – biografske ili žurnalističke publikacije navodi se ime Olimpijada, međutim, postoje i radovi u kojima se njeno ime navodi kao Alimpijada. Istina je, da je reč o jednom istom imenu u dve različite verzije, klasičnom helenskom imenu i verziji narodne transkripcije.

U crkvenim knjigama prilikom krštenja njeno ime je zapisano kao Alimpijada, međutim, na venčanju i u protokolu umrlih piše Olimpijada.

Nedoumica je bilo i oko njenog porekla zbog helenskog imena. Kako se Pupinov deda Arsenije doselio u Banat iz ohridskog kraja i da su bili možda srpsko – cincarskog porekla, pojedini biografi su smatrali da je i njegova majka sličnog porekla iz južnih delova Balkanskog poluostrva na šta je ukazivalo ime Olimpijada. I sam idvorski prota Kosta Rašić iz vremena kada se Olimpijada udala i došla u Idvor smatrao je da je ovo vrlo moguće. U jednoj biografiji se čak tvrdi da su roditelji Olimpijade došli iz ohridskog kraja dok je Olimpijada bila još mala, međutim, to je potpuno netačno jer je rođena i krštena u Opovu, a familija Milovanov (pojedini biografi često pogrešno navode Milanović ili Milovanović) se u matičnim knjigama pravoslavne crkve u Opovu beleži još polovinom XVIII veka.
