spisku retkih, ugroženih i endemičnih biljaka Evrope, a u Srbiji je zaštićena
zakonom kao prirodna retkost. Nazvan je po
kraljici Nataliji Obrenović, a u botanici je poznat i kao “cvet
feniks”.
Amblem se
sastoji od dve zelene trake koje asociraju na lentu slavne albanske spomenice i
jednog ljubičastog cveta sa pet latica. Preporuka je da se ovaj amblem nosi na
reveru u nedelji koja prethodi prazniku, kao I na sam dan praznika. Inače, ovaj
državni praznik se u republici Srbiji proslavlja od 2012. godine, a pre toga se
obeležavao na prvim časovima u svim osnovnim i srednjim školama u Srbiji od

U cilju jačanja lokalnog razvoja u oblasti komunalne infrastrukture u izgradnji i izradi projekata u oblasti vodonabdevanja i kanalizacije, u organizaciji Ministartva građevine, saobraćaja i infrastrukture održan je sastanak na kome su prisustvovali, predstavnici resornog Ministarstva, eksperata angažovanih od strane nemačke razvojne banke KfW i predstavnicka Opštine Opovo, gde su prisustvovali predsednik opštine Miloš Markov, direktor JP „Mladost“ Opovo Dragan Živković, rukovodilac Odeljenja za privredu i finansije Slavko Mančev i rukovodilac Odeljenja za urbanizam Rade Cvetanović.
Cilj programa koji sprovodi Ministartvo jeste razvoj, projektovanje, rehabilitacija i izgradnja novih hidrotehničkih objekata vodosnabdevanja i kanalizacije koji će doprineti održivom i sveobuhvatnom upravljanju vodnim resursima, zaštiti životne sredine, klimatskim promenama i energetskoj efikasnosti, kao i definisanje projekata za pomoć za izgradnju i izradu tehničke dokumentacije objekata vodosnabdevanja i kanalizacije.
Na sastanku je anliazirano stanje sistema vodosnabdevanja na teritoriji Opštine Opovo, izvorište, bunari, dovodni cevovod sirove vode, postrojenja za preradu vode (fabrika vode), rezervoari, potisni cevovodi pitke vode do naseljenih mesta Baranda, Sakule i Sefkerin, kvalitet vode za piće, monitorig, kao i analiza stanja vodovodne mreže u naseljenim mestima, podaci o gubicima vode, potrošnnji eletrične energije i prioriteti u pogledu izrade teničke dokumentacije i izgradnji odnosno rekonstrukciji postojeće vodovodne mreže.
Na osnovu zajedničke analize stanja definisani su sledeći prioriteti: izrada tehničke dokumentacije i rekonstrukcija kompletne vodovodne mreže u Sakulama (gde je postojeća mreža od azbestnih cevi i najveći su gubici vode), Barandi i Sefkerinu, kao i izvođenje radova na završetku rekonstrukcije vodovodne mreže u onim ulicama u Opovu u kojima nije izvrešena zamena starih azbestno cementnih cevi, novim cevima od polietilena.
