OBELEŽAVANJE U SKLADU SA AKTUELNOM SITUACIJOM
Međunarodni dan osoba sa invaliditetom, 3. decembar, obeležava se od 1992. godine, kada je Generalna skupština UN usvojila rezoluciju kojom se sve zemlje pozivaju na obeležavanje tog dana s ciljem da se unapredi i omogući osobama sa invaliditetom jednako uživanje ljudskih prava i ravnopravno učešće u društvu. Taj dan je povod da se skrene pažnja na probleme s kojima se osobe s invaliditetom suočavaju a to su pre svega siromaštvo, visoka stopa nezaposlenosti i iključenost iz društva. Lajtmotiv ovogodišnjeg obeležavanja ovog datuma je ukinuti barijere i otvoriti vrata za inkluzivno društvo i razvoj za sve.
“Dugo godina unazad obeležavamo ovaj dan u društvu prijatelja, porodica i članova drugih udruženja. Trudimo se da svakoga dana budemo ravnopravni i korisni našim porodicama, aktivno se uključujemo u društveni život. Naše uduženje je poznato širom Vojvodine i Srbije, i često smo gosti raznih manifestacija, takmičenja koja organizuju prijateljska udruženja, a često smo i domaćini mnogim prijateljima u prostorijama udruženja kod nas u Barandi, gde, kako tvrde naši gosti, svi vole da dođu. Zbog situacije sa koronavirusom ove godine, na žalost nije tako. Trudimo se i vodimo računa o merama koje preporučuje krizni štab i medicinska struka, te stoga ove godine obeležavamo ovaj dan bez okupljanja, inače bi bilo puno gostiju, kao i svake godine, a nadamo se da će sledeća biti mnogo bolja” izjavio je za Glas Opova predsednik udruženja paraplegičara i kvadriplegičara Opovo, Sava Lazin.
Preko milijardu ljudi, ili približno 15 odsto svetske populacije, živi sa nekim oblikom invaliditeta.
Širom sveta, osobe sa invaliditetom se suočavaju sa brojnim barijerama koje ih isključuju iz punog i efikasnog učestvovanja u društvenim tokovima. Oni se suočavaju sa nejednakim mogućnostima u pogledu obrazovanje, zapošljavanje, zdravstvene i socijalne zaštite. Kontradiktornost je da su ovi sveprisutni problema ostali društveno nevidljivi pa se i osobe sa invaliditetom osećaju nevidljivima u svojim zajednicama, a očekuju da imaju jednake mogućnosti ali pre svega da imaju i pravo na različitost.
Republika Srbija je postigla napredak u pogledu zakonske i podzakonske regulative kada je u pitanju položaj osoba sa invaliditeom, ali je prisutan problem odgovarajuće implemantacije.
Generalne skupštine UN je u decembru 2006. godine usvojila Konvenciju o pravima osoba s invaliditetom. Republika Srbija je 2009. godine ratifikovala Konvenciju o pravima osoba s invaliditetom s pratećim Opcionim protokolom uz konvenciju. Ovim dokumentom potvrđena je univerzalnost i nedeljivost svih ljudskih prava i osnovnih sloboda, kao i potreba da se osobama sa invaliditetom garantuje puno uživanje svih prava i sloboda, bez diskriminacije. Naša država je, u skladu sa preuzetim obavezama, dostavila Komitetu UN za prava osoba sa invaliditetom Inicijalni izveštaj o primeni Konvencije o pravima osoba sa invaliditetom.

U PRETHODNA DVA DANA 38 SLUČAJA VIRUSA COVID-19
Opovo, 2. decembar 2020;
U poslednja dva dana (30. novembar – 1. decembar) u Opštini Opovo je zabeleženo novih 38 (PCR+Ag) slučaja virusa COVID-19. U ponedeljak 18 i utorak 20.
Od početka epidemije u našoj opštini ukupno je obolelo 348 građana, a aktivnih slučajeva trenutno je 231.

FORMIRAN POKRAJINSKI ŠTAB ZA VANREDNE SITUACIJE
Novi Sad, 2. decembar 2020;
Pokrajinska vlada je danas donela Odluku o obrazovanju Pokrajinskog štaba za vanredne situacije, na čijem čelu je predsednik Pokrajinske vlade Igor Mirović.
Štab se obrazuje za praćenje aktivnosti i koordinaciju i rukovođenje u vanrednim situacijama za teritoriju AP Vojvodine.
U ovom trenutku broj registrovanih aktivnih slučajeva u Vojvodini je 28.559. Institut za javno zdravlje Vojvodine procenjuje da je taj broj daleko veći. Najveći broj registrovanih aktivnih slučajeva je u Novom Sadu, 9.203, zatim sledi Pančevo sa više od 2.800, Zrenjanin sa više od 1.700 i potom Kikinda i Subotica sa više od 1.000 registrovanih aktivnih slučajeva.
Institut za javno zdravlje Vojvodine i dalje ocenjuje epidemiološku situaciju u Vojvodini kao vanrednu, sa daljom tendencijom pogoršanja.

OČEKUJE SE VETAR JAČINE DO 100km/h

“Putevi Srbije” upozorili su da se u četvrtak i petak, 3. i 4. decembra na jugu Banata očekuje jak i olujni jugoistočni vetar (košava).
Kako navode, RHMZ je najavio udare vetra maksimalne brzine od 24 m/s do 28 m/s (do 100 km/h), zbog čega apeluju na učesnike u saobraćaju da budu posebno oprezni prilikom vožnje i da prilagode brzinu kretanja uslovima na putu.
